I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and the weight of past pain. Many are highly sensitive people (HSPs) and/or deeply intuitive individuals who feel disconnected from themselves. We explore the "stuff that's stuck causing yuck", the unresolved experiences that hijack your present.
When the inside feels filled with noise, we’ll create a place to land, a way back to stillness within. It’s in that stillness that compassion shows up, like a gentle blanket that softens what has grown hard and brings comfort to the places that hurt.
I’ll sit with you in sorrow and laugh with you in joy, and together you’ll learn how to tend to and parent the parts of you that need nurture. From this grounded place, you will find a soft heart and strong back, making space for joy, freedom, and a deeply anchored sense of being to emerge.
Individual Offerings
45-50 Minute Virtual Therapy
Weekly sessions offer a steady, supportive rhythm for those wanting consistent space to explore, regulate, and integrate over time. This option is well-suited for people who benefit from ongoing connection and gentle, gradual change.
90 Minute Virtual Therapy
90-minute virtual sessions: Longer sessions allow more spaciousness to settle into the body, follow what unfolds, and move more deeply without feeling rushed. This format is ideal for those who want time to slow down, work somatically, and explore patterns with greater depth in each session. *Of note: EMDR was designed and recommended for sessions of 90 minutes or more.
2+ Hour Intensive Virtual Therapy
Intensives offer a focused, extended container for goal-directed work and deeper nervous system processing. They’re well suited for those who want to jump-start their growth journey, work more efficiently, and engage in shorter-term therapy with intention and depth.
